I don't have access to my Two-Factor Authentication device right now.
If you need to log into the client area but don't have the device set up with two-factor authentication (e.g. mobile phone or tablet), the backup code can be used for one login.
You created the backup code when you first activated two-factor authentication and it has 16 letters and numbers.
To access your account, use your backup code.
Click the “login using the Backup Code” link located under the “Can’t Access Your 2nd Factor Device?
Proceeding to the Two-Factor Authentication page. Place your 16 digit backup code into the text box. Click “Login > “
A new backup code will be created and you will be logged in. Store this in a secure place and throw away the old backup code.
