we would like to inform you about a mandatory infrastructure maintenance work on our virtualization systems for root servers Hosting Services.
We execute this maintenance work to ensure that your root servers and hosting services continue to operate securely.
During the maintenance work, changes will be made to our infrastructure, which unfortunately make it absolutely necessary to shut down the host systems. We try to keep the maintenance time frame per server and hosting service as short as possible. We currently expect that your server and or hosting service will not be available one-time and for a maximum period of 2 hours during this maintenance.
Maintenance work on all virtualization systems for root servers and hosting services will be carried out from Sunday, April 15, 2018 to Thursday, April 19, 2018 between 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
